บริษัท ลอแยล คอนแท็คท์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2522  โดยเริ่มจากการเป็น
    ผู้สั่งเข้าและตัวแทน จำหน่ายลวดเชื่อมเกรดพิเศษจากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาต่อมาได้ขยายธุรกิจ
    ด้วยการนำเข้าและเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้า ในกลุ่มที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโลหะอย่างครบวงจรรวม
    ถึงได้ขยายงานสู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมหนักต่าง ๆ โดยสามารถ  แบ่งการ ดำเนินงานออกเป็น 3 ประเภท     ได้แก่
   1. Material เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายและนำเข้าวัสดุที่ทนแรงกระแทกและเสียดสีสูงอย่างครบวงจร    สเตนเลสเกรดพิเศษทนความร้อนสูงและลวดเชื่อมสเตนเลสทุกชนิดนอกจากนั้นยังเป็นตัวแทน
   จำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ในระบบ สายพานลำเลียง
   2. Fabricator เป็นผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมหนักต่าง ๆ ตามความต้องการ
    ของลูกค้า
   3. Indent Product บริการจัดหาวัสดุโลหะที่ใช้งานในอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ จากแหล่งผลิตทั่วโลก

      Loyal Contact Limited was established in May 16, 1979, starting business as exclusive agent
   for special grades of welding consumable products from the U.S.A., then expanding to the    importer of a complete circle of metal and related products. Including an expansion to heavy
   industries in 3 category.
  1. Material : We are importer and distributor of high impact and abrasive resistant steel to every    requirements and special grades of stainless steel for high temperature and various stainless
   welding consumable products. Beside that we    are distributor of belt conveyor
   handlingmaterial and parts.
  2. Fabricator : Fabricate heavy industries spare parts to customers , need.
  3. Indent Product : We could supply materials used in industries from around the world
